Thank you for visiting our pages

We're sorry to say that we have had to take down the submission portion of our Guestbook until we can rework it - seems that a lot of spammers have figured out how to run scripts that put endless numbers of entries into guestbooks in order to have a link to their site in many places on the web and thus get the search engines to think they are popular... Oh well, spam is spam and we refuse to support it!

We will be getting our guestbook in order, so to speak, and will re-implement it as soon as possible!

Here are a few entries that made it in prior to the "spam attacks"...

having a great time visiting your site.

My cousin from BC showed us Eastern boys how dick nites caught trout. It's a good thing to...he was the only one to get any in the boat. My May trip this year, I'll be showing off my new dn's that I'm gonna order from you by mail. Hope they work as well for me.

Fishing is great passion of many people, mostly it is somthing that is passed down from generation, to generation and the biggest question everyone has is, "WHAT DID YOU USE TO CATCH THAT ONE WITH" hope your lures answer that question

I have fished all over western Washington and the only lure that works for all species of trout is the dick nite lure. I've caught everything from salmon to 20 plus inch trout. Thank you for making the 50/50 split copper and silver lure.

Dick Nite spoons= fish in the boat I've known about and used Dick Nite's while trolling in both Colorado and Idaho for nearly twenty years. One constant during those years has been that they really work for Kokanee and Trout. Thanks for all the memories and for the experiences yet to come!

Just want to put in a note here regarding the FREE LURE promotion we had a year or so ago... We gave away over 15,000 Dick Nites and now are no longer running the promotion. We appreciate all the support the "Free Stuff" sites out there gave us by listing our Free Lure Drawing page on their sites, but they seem to be slower at removing items than they were at adding them! Keep checking back - we will probably run another drawing one of these days, but for now we are concentrating on the fishing seasons around the country! Tight Lines. Dick Nite

Went fishing in Lake Waha in the Panhandle of Idaho. I could SEE the trout/kokanee on the surface in schools. The only lure they would hit was your Dick Nite (gold, with red tip at bottom) and a rainbow colored kastmaster. Good job.

I THOUGHT WE SHARE A METHOD TO INCREASE YOUR CATC IN THE ICE FISHING AREAS. - USING 10lb. TEST FOR YOUR MAIN LINE AND 6LB TEST FOR YOUR LEADER. - REMOVE THE HOOK ISSUED TO YOUR FAVORITE #4 DICK NITE,THEN TIE SWIVEL TO THE MAIN LINE. -TIE UP A LEADER FROM 12 TO 18inches TO THE BOTTOM OF the #4 DICK NITE. -TIE ON ANY COLOUR #0,1,2 DICK NITES TO THE OTHER END OF YOUR LEADER. -PUT YOUR FAVORITE BAIT ON THE SMALLER DICK. -DROP DOWN AND YOU SHOULD BE 2 FEET FROM THE BOTTOM. USING YOUR INDEX FINGER LIFT UP AND DOWN FAIRLY FAST' THE LIFT SHOULD NOT EXCEED 1 inch. DO THIS FOR 15 SEC. AND HOLD STILL FOR 20 SEC ETC. ETC. ETC. THIS WAY OF ICE FISHING IS THE MOST POPULAR METHOD IN THE INTERIOR BC REGION. AND IT WORKS!!!!! LOOK FORWARD TO HEARING FROM THOSE WITH DIFFERENT WAYS TO USE THE DICK NITE

Dick-Just returned from my annual two week fishing trip of our Great Olympic Pennisula-I have to tell you a success story. Dad and I were floating down one of the rivers and noticed some rollers, although we were in search of kings I tied up dad with a medium sized half brass/silver thinking he would hook a silver-coho. I tied up the next larger size (by the way you should mark the size on the package) same color scheme. Dad's rod buckles from a slow retrieve and a screamer of a fish he has hooked. We get a glance prior to the break off -a 20+lb. king bye-bye. I toss just after and I get slammed after a half hour battle we net the 40lb. king. I was very careful considering I pinched the barb and 15lb mainline w/12lb. leader. I will E-mail you a picture. Never know what your gonna catch with the ole' reliable Dick Nite Spoon.

Thanks for the note Dick. My friend and I were just saying yesterday that we need to stock up now on more Kokanee spoons for next year. Your spoons are by far, the best kokanee bait we have used. We fish both Paulina and Crescent lakes and they work consistently in both lakes. Thanks again, Bob

Dick Nite® Spoons have been around since before 1940 helping fishermen, fisherwomen, and fisherkids to enjoy Trout Fishing, Salmon Fishing, and Shad Fishing, just to mention a few of the species which have fallen to our fishing tackle! Four Salmon World Records have been set using our fishing lures, and at least one State record (Oregon - Shad) that we are aware of. Our fishing lures have been used for trout fishing for over 60 years for one reason - they work! Salmon fishermen have become dependant on our lures for their Coho (Silver Salmon) and Humpy (Pink Salmon) catches in the rivers of the Northwest.

We are very glad to have you visiting our site, and hope that you enjoy your time here! If you are a fishing tackle manufacturer, fisherman, or fishing tackle hobbiest who likes to make your own fishing tackle, you will be interested in our Fishermun's Lure-Coat® line of fishing tackle paints. Fishermun's Lure-Coat® is excellent for use on metal, plastic, wood, lead and foam fishing lures and tackle. Many large fishing tackle manufacturers use our paints, so it is also excellent for repairing those fishing lures in your tackle box that have been chipped, faded, or scratched and don't work quite right anymore! Again, enjoy your stay and tight lines!
